With more than 715 students, Westerly Creek Elementary is one of the largest elementary schools in the DPS. Westerly Creek’s major fundraisers like the spring auction help us strive to be the bridge between district funding and the actual cost of our children’s curriculum. Without help from the Westerly Creek community, our children’s education would not regularly include Art, Drama, Physical Education, Library and Technology as well as full time Paraprofessionals.

We need your help! We’re looking for Volunteers, Donations, and Sponsors!

Are you interested in sponsoring the Westerly Creek Elementary Annual Auction? We’re looking for cash and in-kind sponsors. Help Westerly Creek Elementary students rock this world by supporting our Footloose Gala, an 80’s prom-themed fundraiser featuring a silent and live auction. All proceeds will go directly to Westerly Creek PTA, a 501(c) 3 tax exempt organization, to provide key enrichment resources to students and close the school funding gap. Gold Level: Any donation value $500 or more of items or cash

  • Opportunities to include item in ~350 event attendee gift bags AND add one flier to 700+ students’ weekly folders, which are sent home to all school families

  • Two complimentary tickets to the fundraising auction - a $100 value!

  • Logo included in printed marketing materials and signage (Deadline: March 24)

  • Logo prominently displayed on event website and at auction

  • Donated item(s) displayed at auction, including logo and recognition for the donation

Silver Level: Any donation value $150 or more of items or cash

  • Opportunity to include item in ~350 event attendee gift bags OR add one flier to 700+ students’ weekly folders, which are sent home to all school families

  • Logo included on event website and displayed at auction

  • Donated item(s) displayed at auction, including logo and recognition for the donation

Bronze Level: Any donation value $40 or more of items or cash

  • Listed as donor on event website and at the auction

  • Donated item(s) displayed at auction, including logo and recognition for the donation

Other options may be available if those above are not a good fit.
