Book It to the Creek
Book It to the Creek 2023, our annual summer reading celebration, runs from June 2 through September 10. As always, any reader who reads 100 hours (or more) over 100 days will join the Wolf Pack and get to join a special celebration!

Oktoberfest
Join us for the Oktoberfest 2023 on Saturday, September 30! This community event is hosted by several 3rd and 5th grade families at a home not too far from the school. Our third iteration is guaranteed to the best yet.
General Membership Meetings
General Membership Meetings are held every other month and will be a mixture of in person and virtual. The first meeting of the year will be held Wednesday, September 13. Look out for a formal announcement coming soon.
Annual Auction
The WCE Auction, our largest fundraising event, will be on April 13, 2024 at Balistreri Vineyards.
Planning for the 2024 auction has already started, but we’re always looking for volunteers to help with ideas, planning, and soliciting donations. Want to get involved? Do you have connections that can offer donations, or a leads on venues and vendors?

Can I Host a Fundraiser?
Do you have space in and around your home or a shared courtyard? Consider hosting a ticketed fundraiser. Whether it’s PBR and burgers for 100, or champagne and caviar for 15; whether you raise $10,000 or $10; any event helps strengthen our school community.
