Join us April 13 at Balistreri Vineyards for the 2024 auction fundraiser, Gala Italiana - a masquerade and evening of elegance. The evening will be feature a silent and live auction with:

  • Donations of gift cards, services, merchandise, and lodging from area businesses,

  • One of a Kind Teacher and Staff Experiences, and

  • Unique Class Art Projects

Your ticket includes heavy appetizers, an open bar featuring Balistreri wines, beer from Odell, and cocktails from Streeter Flynn Vodka, and a four hour party with 300 friends from the WCE community.

VIP Cellar Experience

In addition to the standard event ticket, we will also be offering a Cellar Experience add-on to allow you to start the evening early with a special pre-party and tasting in the Balistreri wine cellar. The experience includes a complimentary bottle of wine, custom labeled for this event, to take home. Tickets are only available to PTA members for now, so if you haven’t renewed you membership for this school year, it’s not too late to join now. Availability is limited.

WCE Teacher and Staff Tickets

We need your support to continue to offer free tickets to WCE Teachers and Staff. Please consider sponsoring a ticket before you check out with an additional donation of $25, $50, $75, or more to cover their costs.

*** A note about tickets and costs: This year, we will be covering all fixed costs (catering, venue, staffing, and auction services) through ticket sales and sponsorships. By doing this, 100% of your purchases and pledges at the auction will go to Westerly Creek Elementary.

DONATIONS & SPONSORSHIPS

We need your help! A successful auction starts with donated items. Do you have any leads on businesses willing to donate gift certificates or other items that we can offer at the auction? Some things that have sold well in the past include:

  • Tickets to sporting events

  • Restaurant gift cards

  • Gift certificates for services

  • Mountain home rentals

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have ideas, connections, or items you can can offer.
